Shipping Policy

Tracking: When available, tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Shipping address accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. Lunar AV is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Damaged shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist.

Returns & Refunds
